Canadian Valley Technology Center has several rooms available to reserve for public use, events, and meetings. Rooms can accommodate groups of various sizes and have the amenities necessary for successful meetings or gatherings.

Convenient Locations on each CV Tech Campus, making it easily accessible for attendees from all corners of the state.
• Room and service fees are meant to recover costs incurred outside of normal wear and tear.

• Laptop Connections are standard in all rooms
• Free Wireless Internet Access in all of our event rooms
• Podium and microphones are available upon request
• Event scheduling up to twelve months in advance
• Basic room set-up and breakdown
• The services of a Host Services Representative who will:
  • Greet customers and show guests to the scheduled room
  • Provide audio/video, projector, and sound system support
  • Help set up laptop connections for presentations
  • On-call to answer any questions that customers may have during the event
