Daytime Student Completion Ceremony Timeline & Completion Ceremony

  • Before April- Students confirm eligibility (clock hours, credits, grades) with instructor
  • April- Graduates attend campus Completion Fair for free supplies and invitations
  • May-Graduates get ceremony instructions from their Campus Director
  • May-Completion Ceremonies by Campus

CV Tech Campus Grad Fair Information

Students must meet eligibility requirements to complete.  Please contact the program instructor with questions.

Missed the Fair? Supplies are at your campus bookstore.

    Chickasha Seminar Center

    8 AM – 3 PM

    • Register for photos on graduation night (selfie and contact information required)
    • Receive five (5) free invitations and envelopes
    • Adult students sized for/receive cap & gown
    • Receive tassel (can also wear HS tassel)
    • Receive CV Tech alumni sticker

    7:45AM – 3:45PM

    • Register for photos on graduation night (selfie and contact information required)
    • Receive five (5) free invitations and envelopes

Photography Information

Students are required to fill out contact information during the graduation fair.  If they miss the fair, photo cards are located in the bookstore.  Photo proofs will be emailed after each ceremony.  Student email accounts will be disabled at the end of May, please act quickly if they used that account.
